Pendant(Surface) LED Aluminum Extrusions

Alpha is one of the best pendant LED aluminum extrusion channel manufacturers in China. Pendant channel is mounted to the ceiling using suspended wire ropes. Q3:How many colors of LED aluminum profile available?

Alpha offer led aluminum profile with standard color - anodizing silver. Anodizing is an electrochemical process that creates a thicker oxide layer to protect the aluminum from corrosion and wear. Anodized aluminum resists scratching and corrosion much more than regular painting. Other colors could be customized, please contact us for more details.

Q4: How many kinds of diffuser/lens you offer for your LED aluminum profiles?

Different LED aluminum extrusion series has different diffuser/lens. The optical lens LED aluminum profiles OpticsⅠoffer five different PMMA lenses to make five different beam angles(30° / Asym 45° / 60° / 90° / 150°). OpticsⅡoffer two different lenses to make four different beam angles(10° / 30° /  60° / 90°). And the architectural lighting Led aluminum profiles(both pendant and recessed series) offer three different lenses for different optical requirements: PMMA Matt Diffuser, Microprismatic Lens(anti-glare), Microprismatic Lens+acrylic diffuser sheet(anti-glare)

Q5:How to cut the LED aluminum profile?

Alpha`s LED aluminum profile is very strong, it can not be cut by scissor - like led strip light. We suggest to use a precision cutting machine then can cut the aluminum profile in the accurate needed size. Please check more details with below video.

Q6:How to make a LED aluminum profile connector?

The most popular connector designs are L, X, T, Y. You could cut the needed angled profile and solder each parts together. Alpha can cut the profiles and offer these connectors to you for all our LED aluminum extrusion profile models. 

Q7: What is the standard length of your LED aluminum profile?

We offer LED aluminum profiles in 3 meter or 6 meters. If shorter length is needed for your project application, we could cut for you. If you would ship the LED extrusions by sea container, 3 meters or 6 meters package is no problem, and you can cut them into any smaller length later on your local for different projects. However, if you would like to ship them by air or by express(DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc), it would be better the package length no more than 2 meters, and express company usually charge extra cost for package length over 1.2 meters.

Q8: How to choose the high quality LED aluminum extrusion profile?

1. For the same design, the heavier the weight or thicker the thickness, the better the quality, which dissipates heat faster. 

2. Check both the aluminum and diffuser surface, no scratches is good.

3. No visible LED from the diffuser when turn on the light, then the quality is good, unless you really need to use transparent(clear) diffuser.

4. The diffuser fit well to the extrusion aluminum profile, will not loose out, and the middle is not sunken, then the quality is good.

5. The end cap fits the LED profile, no gap, then the quality good.
