All our extrusion profiles have no MOQ limitation, any quantity is welcome. But as you know, at the beginning of production, we need to spend 1-2 hours on product debugging until the product meets the requirements and is stable. This process will cause losses. So if quantity less than 1000 meters, $160 machine operation fee is needed. Thanks for your understanding!

Depends on whether you want to do customization or not, for customized profiles, 15-20 days is needed for tooling and sample. For standard model, about 18 days needed for mass production.
For customized product, T/T 100% tooling cost is needed before production start. And for mass production,T/T 50% advance payment before production, and balance 50% before shipment.
We have special testing equipment for light transmittance, beam angle, product structure tests. In addition, we will use the structural parts provided by the customer to conduct assembly tests to ensure that it meet the requirements of the client, and test reports will be provided. We will arrange packaging and delivery only after the customer agrees.
Usually we wrap the lens in sponge mat and put it in a carton. Finally, the carton is protected from plastic film. For large quantities or sea freight products, we suggest wooden cases or wooden frames for protection.
