Features
Heavy Aluminum quantity to ensure real heat dissipation: the heat is taken away much faster to avoid frequent LED failures.
Using the highest standard 6063-T6 aluminum, which is stronger than 6063-T5, and the deep anodizing (more than 12μm)of the profile protects the aluminum against corrosion, extends durability, and provides more scratch resistance during transportation and handling.
Possibility of suspending or mounting directly to a surface using system offered by Alpha.
Lighting fixtures can be connected into linear and polygonal lighting lines.
Three different lens options available for softer and anti-glare requirements, all diffusers and lens are UV stablized, no inclusions or scratches on the surface.

Why quality of aluminum profile and diffuser is important?
First, the thickness and weight of aluminum determines whether the housing can fully heat dissipation, timely dissipate the heat cased by LED operating, which could avoid LED stay in a long-term high temperature environment and lead to failure frequently;
Second, a good light diffuser or lens brings softer lights and optimal lighting efficient. PMMA material has higher light transmittance than PC, light more evenly, and is UV stablized, which is not easy to turn yellow after years using.
Third, The higher anodizing film thickness can avoid scraping and corrosion of aluminum.
In addition to the above four points, you also need to look at the quality of the end caps and accessories. Generally speaking, the price of aluminum end caps will be higher than that of plastic end caps.
